STAIR METHOD AND DP PRACTICE GROUPS
A Framework for Synthesizing Therapy
Jules quote on her website I think says it all
Created by Jules, the STAIR Method is a brain-based method for therapists & clinicians that want to work from an integrative lens. The entire STAIR Method training program is a multilevel and experiential training program that will combine didactic classes offered through an online platform and small deliberate practice groups that will be offered in a variety of settings. Therapists and coaches can organize multiple training modalities into a single framework with this method.
It’s based on neurobiological understandings of brain integration and brain change.
I have been working with Jules and the STAIR Method for the past 4 years. It has changed the lens through which I see my clients, how I conceptualize cases, and how I work with clients. Using the concepts in this model has allowed me to help my clients work on a much deeper level which creates sustainable change. I would love to accompany you while you are on your journey in a DP Group.
